The AL-MDR01 Intelligent Microwave Divergent Radiation Instrument is a product designed based on our company's control technology and tailored to meet the needs of university faculty and students. Its key features include a newly designed microwave antenna structure for emitting microwaves to facilitate radiation reactions, a 7-inch control panel for accurate temperature control and user-friendly operation, and real-time data and curve storage capabilities.

The AL-MDR01 Intelligent Microwave Divergent Radiation Instrument boasts powerful digital processing and control capabilities, including rate-based temperature rise control. It allows experiments to be divided into multiple stages, with parameters for unsuitable reaction conditions adjustable online at any time. With its microwave output design, users can freely select application scenarios, utilizing high-power microwave antennas to emit microwaves for catalytic reactions with reactants.

The AL-MDR01 provides support for cavity-free catalytic environments, enabling microwave radiation to act on any reactants without the need for a cavity. To achieve uninterrupted continuous operation, our company employs industrial-grade microwave magnetrons and frequency conversion technology, allowing for 24-hour non-stop operation over extended periods.

*1. Power: 0-1000W, freely adjustable. Microwave power is automatically frequency-controlled based on temperature, ensuring non-pulsed continuous heating.

*2. Upper power limit can be set arbitrarily, with a lower power limit function to ensure constant power output.

Three temperature control modes: heating to the set temperature at the upper power limit followed by insulation mode; rate-based temperature rise mode, where the initial temperature reaches the set temperature over a specified time for gradual heating; and heating slope mode, setting the temperature increase per minute.
